When a customer pays for a service, the paperwork is already done. You get an invoice for every payment, and your customer can download their own.

How it works

Charge for a service
Invoices come with service pages and one-time payment links. A class, a job, an appointment.
Your customer pays
Before paying, they can download an invoice with the amount due. After paying, the paid invoice and a receipt.
Open it from your history
Tap any service payment in your history to view its invoice or share it as a PDF.

Every invoice is a PDF with its own number. Nothing to count or keep track of.
It lists the service, the price, any processing fee the customer paid, and how they paid.
Your name and contact details appear as the issuer.
Tips do not get an invoice. There is no service to bill for.

Can a customer get an invoice before paying?

Yes. On a service page they can download one that shows the amount due. It is marked unpaid, so it is not proof of payment.

Does it work in the app?

Yes. You can view and share invoices on the website and in the iOS and Android app.

Do I get invoices for tips?

No. Invoices are for service payments only.
