Feature
Choose who pays the processing fee
Every card payment has a processing fee. You decide, page by page, whether the customer covers it or it comes out of what you receive.
How it works
Open the page settings
Each page has its own fee setting.
Pick who pays
“Customer pays”: the fee is added at checkout and you receive the full amount. “I pay”: the customer pays exactly the amount shown and the fee comes out of your side.
Change it whenever you like
The new setting applies to payments from that moment on.
Good to know
- The fee depends on the payment method. The fees page lists current rates.
- There is no monthly fee and no fee to sign up.
- Customers see the total before they pay.
Common questions
How much is the fee?
It varies by payment method — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others are priced differently. The fees page lists the current rates.
Which option should I choose?
Most workers let the customer cover it, so a $10 tip means $10 for you. If you would rather keep the price the customer sees exact, choose “I pay”.
